CitiMortgage offered me a loan modification under HAMP in 2009 went through trial period, made required payments, submitted documents. Loan modification never became permanent.

instead, in September 2015, without notification Citimortgage sold my loan to BSI Financial Services, an unregulated debt collector. Citimortgage is dumping unwanted, low-risk, non-performing loans back into securities market perpetuating another foreclosure crisis , years after they received a $45 billion bail-out and after collecting on origination fees for HAMP programs ($1000) per homeowner. Now I have BSI demanding a past due balance payment.

They never notified me that my mortgage had been sold, nor that it had been sold to a debt collection company. Who has oversight on HAMP and financial institutions who are suppose to help homeowners in maint

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $48000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

CitiMortgage transferred Servicing of our loan to Kondaur Capital during the midsts of a modification in motion. CitiMortgage entered into an untrustworthy transfer deal with Kondaur Capital,.

The next thing that happened, Kondaur Capital acted in a deceptive manner by choosing to change the official address of record.

After Kondaur Capital changed the address and started intentionally using a false address, instead of the address provided to them. The rights of the homeowners to defend against inaccurate payments, and any other property abuses went straight out the window .

I'm curious to know if you were ever able resolve those vanishing payments you made to criminalmortgage? This is their modus operandi: you apply for a harp or hamp, they tell you that you cannot make payments "during this process," only to find out you didn't qualify for harp or hamp

Now that you are "behind on payments," they offer outrageous modification, you pay the three months of "trial payments," but modification doesn't go through because they accuse you of not sending back all of the paperwork, you go through this paperwork game two or three more times, you find out your credit is now ruined and no other bank will refi you to escape criminalmortgage, then they transfer your "defaulted mortgage" to a foreclosure mill house like greentree or Ditech.

Sound familiar? Yes, it's a set up. They set your mortgage up for this default situation. They make money doing this.

And those trial payments you made? Haha, up yours! They didn't apply to your mortgage, they went into an "unapplied funds" account that you will never see again. You say you have the cleared checks and receipts?

Haha, it's gonna cost you to prove it because you've got to hire an attorney now to defend yourself. Ditech says I haven't made a payment on my house for one year now? I can prove I did. Doesn't matter, I have to pay an attorney tens of thousands of dollars now to fight these criminals.

Meanwhile, my credit keeps getting hit. I requested they email me a copy of my mortgage, they sent a blank file.

Empty!!!!!! I'm just one of thousands of people with this EXACT same story.
